The Shipping time frame below are provided to us by the delivery couriers we use. Shipping times can change and that is perfectly normal, this usually occurs when there is flood or restrictions that courier companies face or experience.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email right away. You later receive another email after shipment, A link to the detailed tracking information details will be included in the email.

USA Warehouse. we have stocks in the USA now. Please note that products in USA fulfilment centre is solely shipped within the USA regions only. If the product ordered  is out of stock in our warehouse then we will have to ship from our factory in china which will take slightly longer but it will still be delivered on time. 

Processing time:  

The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment. Processing of orders takes about 2-4 days, this is due us running tests to ensure the product is in good conditions before shipping it.

RC Models Shipping Time Frame.

The processing time before shipment is usually 24-48 hours. We mostly use delivery couriers such us UPS, USPS, DHL & FEDEX when we ship these models. All the tracking numbers are fully trackable on the their official website or alternatively you could use this ALL-IN-ONE PACKAGE TRACKING   to track your order. Good news for future customers; we are currently in the process of stocking these models in more fulfilment centres located in the USA and Canada to ensure a more faster and seamless delivery.

Spare batteries SHIPPED ALONE may take a while to deliver this is because they are considered as highly dangerous good by delivery couriers. We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
