What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
The default price on the website is in USD but there is a currency converter that automatically convert the amount into your local currency.
How to maintain my RC toy?
The best way to handle or use an RC Construction toy are as follow.
- Please try your possible best to not drop the model
- Please do not use batteries which are more powerful than it recommended battery type.
- Please do not drive this military models in the water.
- Please avoid intentionally filling your military parts engine parts with soil.
- Immediately stop using an RC model when you can smell any unusual smoke from it
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
When you purchase a model directly from us it takes about 24-48 hours for us to process it. During this process we check and make sure the model is fully working and has no errors during operation before we proceed to shipping it out.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?
HG RC TOYS offers a 100% money back guarantee if the product is as new as sold within 14 days after arrival; The Box the product is in hasn't been opened and the products inside hasn't been used. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. It is best to contact us immediately upon arrival.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
My product was broken upon arrival?
Although this rarely happen, customers are required to check their products upon arrival and quickly contact us immediately if the product is defective or damaged.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! If you are requesting to cancel your order please do so before we proceed to shipping out your order.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at email@example.com If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one before it is shipped. Changing fee will incur when the product is already shipped.
